PCP

White, impure crystalline powder.
Chemical name is Phencyclidine.
 
Originally used as an anaesthetic, but because it caused confusion & delirium its use was abandoned.
Still used rarely on animals.
 
PCP is a stimulant, depressant & hallucinogen

 

METHOD OF USE

Swallowed, snorted, smoked or (rarely) injected.
 
Sometimes mixed with Cannabis in a joint.

Up to 5 (7) years imprisonment and/or an unlimited fine.

Supply:
Up to life imprisonment and/or and unlimited fine.

  • Increased temperature, energy & confidence
  • Drowsiness, slurred speech, lack of coordination and muscle rigidity
  • Hallucinations
  • Aggression

  • Very severe & prolonged comedown
  • Loss of memory
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Dehydration
  • Depression
  • Paranoia
  • Panic attacks
  • Flashbacks
